If you remember the Norwegian indie-pop band Team Me, then you probably know their bassist Simen Schikulski. When the band broke up in 2015, Schikulski started his solo project The Hallway. After their first release in the same year, The Hallway was quickly picked up by the Norwegian radio channel NRK P3, that thinks that ‘with The Hallway we have ourselves a new fantastic songwriter in Norway.’

For the The Hallway release ‘M.J.A.’, Schikulski teamed up with producer Benjamin Giørtz, known from the critically acclaimed pop act Kid Astray.
