To create the Berlin Midsommar Festival shot you need the following ingredients:
- Lemon shell
Add rhubarb and a little bit of lemon shells into your Our/Berlin vodka bottle, fill with vodka and let it infusion for some days. After 3 - 4 days it is time to seal the vodka into another jar/bottle, remove the rhubarb and lemon shells and add a little bit of sugar to get the sweetness to your shot. Let it rest for another 1 - 2 days and after that you seal the vodka one more time and et voilá, you now have a Rhubarb Sweetheart ready to drink. But no worries if you’re not the DIY-kind (no shame, even dry blackbread with butter tastes good when someone else made it), Our/Berlin will be on fleek at Berlin Midsommar Festival with their Rhubarb Sweetheart shots.
