Electro-pop is probably one of the most ubiquitous genres out there right now, but STRØM seems to have discovered some trick that makes it sound unique again. The person behind the moniker is a 27-year-old producer and multi-instrumentalist from Stockholm. His debut single ‘Mesmerize‘ has just been released on ICEA and it does just that: it mesmerizes, and captivates, and leaves you wanting more. With its entrancing electro beats, soothing vocals, groovy but delicate guitars, the song is a real heartbreaker. It’s quite an exceptional debut - and we cannot wait to hear more of STRØM‘s dark and rich creations.
