The birth of a new band has just been announced: Mads, Casper and Rasmus from the Danish band Efterklang have teamed up with the Finnish percussionist Tatu Rönkkö in their new band called Liima. Right now the band is in Instabul working on their music, which you can already start exploring on their Soundcloud now. The sound of Liima is characterised by lots of percussive elements, scratching sounds, buzzing, floating surfaces and soft vocals and it’s really worth experiencing their detailed universe! During the next months they will be doing concerts in both Germany and Denmark, that is at CTM 2015 in Berlin, at Atlas in Aarhus, at Northern Winter Beat in Aalborg and at The Lake in Jazzhouse in Copenhagen.
