Adna, often compared to artists like Bon Iver and Daughter, is no insider tipp anymore among the singer-/songwriters. With her new single ‘Thoughts’ of her upcoming album ‘Closure’ she once again draws us into her dreamy inner world. Adna reflects on her own past and darkness. Her melancholic words and sounds makes us float on her thoughts and gives us an understanding of the beauty in her melancholy. She toured through Europe and collected a lot of inspiration for her live performance after publishing her last album Run, Lucifer. The past year she used to work on her upcoming album ‘Closure’ that will be released on March 17.
“I wrote this when I was 16 as some kind of declaration of love to the place where I have my roots. Despite all the sorrow and the melancholy, it’s the most beautiful place I know about.
